I've started a new campaign called: When will we see a neck? I've been watching for months and not seen it. In fact, I'm not sure he has a neck. This picture seems to hint that a neck might be present, but, clearly, is not proof. The watch continues.

ohh, believe me, there is a neck. I smooch on it every day.
Happy healthy babies do not have necks until they are up and about - moving - crawling etc. Only poor, abused, hungry uncared-for babies have necks, waistlines and scrawny legs.
